New tools AI-based for IA for companies del market Latin American

With AIM, organizations will have a path to bring their on-premises processes to the cloud so they can take advantage of AI-powered software such as Dynamics 365 Copilot in the cloud and more. With this solution, Microsoft said they will gain access to migration advisors, expert assessments of their business, investment offerings, tools and support.

Companies using Microsoft's on-premises business applications can quickly move to the cloud using the AIM program. Its coverage includes a wide range of Dynamics on-premises software, such as Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics SL and Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises.

Customers can start with AIM assessments to lay the groundwork for their cloud migration and adoption of AI-powered technology. These assessments engage partners and experts to help business customers understand the business value, expected outcomes and key steps needed to bring their on-premises applications to the cloud. This helps minimize risk in the final stages of migration by providing a stable path forward.

When it comes time to migrate to the cloud, AIM provides partners with access to tools such as the Dynamics 365 Deployment Portal, which assists in the creation and management of cloud-based projects based on these recommendations and expert guidance.

Microsoft also announced today Sales Copilot, a new AI-based assistant designed to empower salespeople and provide them with the tools they need to increase their productivity and personalize their responses in every customer interaction to make it easier to close deals with relevant details.

With access to business data, Sales Copilot encompasses all the tools a salesperson uses, including Outlook, Teams and Dynamics 365. It also connects to CRM systems such as Salesforce. It is designed to save salespeople time by allowing them to ask questions about past interactions with a customer, summarize product information, automate emails or meeting summaries, produce charts, generate consumer research and more.

Using this AI assistant, the company says salespeople can feel more prepared and confident with real-time information when conducting negotiations.

The Copilot has access to data and knowledge from across an organization's sales structure and can provide automatically generated summaries, including the status, progress and highlights of key changes within Dynamics 365 Sales. A sales person could use Copilot to get more information about an opportunity, such as LinkedIn details of a key decision maker.

It can also be used to quickly generate or refine emails based on data from Dynamics 365 Sales and the Microsoft 365 Graph. Because the assistant understands customers, products and current trends, it can provide up-to-date, insightful details and research directly into Dynamics 365 Sales, where it is most useful.

Users can also ask it to prepare for customer meetings, with a summary view that includes account information, recent notes, highlights of issues or concerns, and customer news from the web. With access to Outlook, Teams and Dynamics 365 Sales, you can also provide additional context for the meeting and offer superior advice on what may come up during the meeting, based on recent information.
